Mez has built his career over 17 years in the London property market, developing particular expertise in Paddington and the surrounding prime West London market. His experience spans residential sales and lettings, with senior roles at Hamptons International, JLL and European Land & Property.

For over a decade, Mez has worked closely with the Merchant Square Estate in Paddington, developing an extensive network and an in-depth understanding of the area, its developments and its property market. His experience includes overseeing the sales of new residential developments, including No.3 Canalside Walk, and building strong relationships with homeowners, investors, landlords and tenants.
